【箱根町湯本地区の断水について】 湯本地区での断水について、当館にも多くの方々よりご心配やお見舞いのご連絡を頂戴しております。 皆々様のお心遣いに心から御礼申し上げます。 なお、当館が所在する仙石原地区においては断水はなく、通常通り水道を利用することができます。 断水は、湯本地区（須雲川、畑宿は除く）のみとなっており、本日2/12の正午時点での箱根町役場からの通知によると、本日午後10時から翌朝5時までの部分的な断水となっております。最新の情報は箱根町の公式サイトをご確認ください。 一刻も早く復旧し、観光客の皆様、湯本地区の住民の皆様が安心してお過ごしいただけることを心よりお祈り申し上げます。 昨日の雨で雪もだいぶ溶け、箱根町内の道路および交通機関もほぼ正常化しております。 動画及び写真は10日時点の仙石原の様子です。 冬の箱根は、空気が澄んでおり、芦ノ湖や大涌谷かりは雪化粧した美しい富士山を望むことができます🗻✨ また、冬の温泉は格別に気持ちがよいです☺️♨️ ぜひ冬ならではの箱根の魅力をご堪能にいらしてください〜〜〜😊♨️🗻✨ [Regarding the water outage in the Yumoto district of Hakone Town] We have received many messages of concern and condolences regarding the water outage in the Yumoto district of Hakone Town. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for everyone's consideration. There is no water outage in the Sengokuhara district where our guest house is located, and the water supply is available as usual. The water outage is limited to the Yumoto district (excluding Sukunagawa and Hatajuku). According to a notice from Hakone local government as of noon today, February 12, there will be a partial water outage from 10:00 PM tonight to 5:00 AM the following morning. We sincerely hope that service will be restored as soon as possible so that tourists and residents of the Yumoto district can enjoy their stay in peace. Yesterday's rain has melted much of the snow, and roads and transportation within Hakone Town are almost back to normal. The video and photos show the state of Sengokuhara as of the 10th. The air in Hakone in winter is clear, and you can see Lake Ashi, Owakudani, and the beautiful snow-capped Mount Fuji. Also, winter hot springs are especially refreshing. [Fastest Return Ever⁉️] A lovely Taiwanese couple who stayed with us just 8 days ago came back already! 🇹🇼😆👏 They loved Hakone and our guesthouse so much that they changed their travel plans to return — we were beyond happy! 😊 Coming back only eight days after their last stay might be our fastest return ever! Their second visit happened right in the middle of a heavy snowfall. Since snow is rare in Taiwan, it was a very special experience for them. ❄️ They built snowmen, had snowball fights, enjoyed a snow-view onsen ♨️… and even helped us shovel snow! For them, shoveling snow was part of the fun — and we were incredibly grateful 😄 They were both so cheerful and friendly. We had great chats about J-POP, anime, and more 😊 They also adored Laito 🐶 and even left us a message with a cute drawing of him 😭💓 Thank you so much for coming back! [Fireworks to ward off bad luck】 Today, February 2nd, the Hakone Shrine Setsubun Festival celebratory fireworks display was held at Lake Ashi in Hakone National park, Japan. 🎇⛩️👹🫘 2,000 fireworks lit up the clear winter sky and the lake. ✨ The fireworks were filled with prayers for the year's misfortunes to be swept away and for a year of happiness to come. 🙏 The February full moon, the Snow Moon, coincided with the clear winter sky, and the full moon, the torii gate, and the fireworks reflected on the lake were an incredible sight 🌕 It's a performance that can only be achieved by holding fireworks on a lake 😊👍 Tomorrow is Setsubun.
