About Hakone Free Pass
We recommend you to get Hakone Free Pass which covers most public transportation in Hakone area. Even if you stay in Hakone for just one night, these passes will save your money.
2 days Hakone Free Pass is recommended for staying one night.
3 days Hakone Free Pass is recommended for staying two nights.
JR Pass is not available in the Hakone region.

About Luggage
As the roads in Hakone area are very winding, also there is no enough space for large luggages in the buses, we recommend you to bring only small luggages for visiting Hakone and use a delivery service for large suitcases to next destination if possible.
“Hakone Baggage Delivery Service” is another option. It can deliver your luggage from Hakone-Yumoto station to our Guest House. You can see the details about “Hakone Baggage Delivery Service” in the following link.
Notice
- For transportation, we recommend that you purchase a Japan Rail Pass in your country, this will save you much time and money while travelling in Japan. While in Hakone, you can also purchase a Hakone Free Pass.
- JR Pass is not available in the Hakone region. So, the Hakone Free Pass is highly reccomended.
- Hakone Free Pass will save you money on almost all of the local transportation in the Hakone National Park.
- At Odawara Station, there is ODAKYU Sightseeing service center which is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You can buy Hakone Free Pass there.
